I highly recommend West Babylon Public Storage. Cliff and Juliette delivered super high quality service before, during, and after my time with Public Storage. Cliff and Juliette were super friendly and informative. They both made me feel very comfortable and not just 'another customer'. I’ve had several units with them in the past. I recently had to get a new unit. I’ve always received above and beyond customer service which is why I always come back. My recent encounter tops them all! I was assisted by Livan. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable and also helped me get the right unit for my belongs. I can honestly say within the years of storing my belongings there, Livan is in my top 5 best reps!!! The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a super dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.
