The facility is very clean and organized (my top priority). I booked my storage unit over the phone and when I arrived on my moving day everything was such an easy process. Also...my promotion, rate and payments were accurate with what I was told over the phone. Front desk person was very nice as well. Store here!

I move to a new city on average 3 times per year, and use storage units a LOT. This business has had the BEST customer service I've experienced in years, and the building itself is very easily accessible and clean. I've rented with them twice, and would absolutely rent again.

GREAT .. THE REP THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. YOUR LOCATION AS WELL AS THE UNIT ITSELF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. THE 24 HR ACCESS IS GREAT FOR ALL MY BUSINESS NEEDS. I've been using this storage facility for a few months now, and I gotta say, it's been a lifesaver. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. Plus, the 24-hour access is clutch when I need to grab something from my unit late at night.

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..
