Reinaldo was amazing! He's extremely helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He took the time to show me several units and explain the process of renting. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Opening up a new storage unit took no time at all and was an easy & seamless experience. I'd definitely recommend Storage Post (and Reinaldo)!!

I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Excellent experience! I was by myself unloading a unit most of the afternoon. The space is clean and easy to navigate. Jessica Santos & Carlos Vega were very helpful and kind through out the day. Thank you both!

The people in the front desk are really polite. The prices are good. The 24 four hours are excellent.! Seven days a week. Wonderfull I am really happy.!!!

I had an amazing experience with Storage Post. The have really cheap prices for the larger units, but where they really excel is in customer service. Whereas most storage places have an either/or trade off for service and price, this place wins at both! Special shout out to staff members Julie and Jess :) They made everything work our perfect even when I transferred units a few times and always did it with a smile! Thanks
