Great facility. Great Service. Make sure you see Carlos he is awesome. Not pushy, very informative, and very pleasant. I needed storage on a budget and he really made it happen. The guy is really reasonable and will work with you. The place is state of the art and top notch. You will be glad you stored with them. It makes living in Williamsburg, that much more nicer and convenient.

Extremely satisfied with Leo’s customer service I went in not knowing anything about storage units or what to even get! Leo was very helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns.

Location is convenient. Units are competitively priced. I especially like the access ours, 6am-10pm 7 days a week! Place is secure and the staff is friendly ????

It is a great facility with kind and helpful staff from the receivers of my call to reserve and rent a unit, to the people in the physical office who are kind, courteous and helpful as well in the services they provide. Great quality climate controlled units with 24 hour access to the units, and a bathroom in the office.(bathroom only accessible during office hours) Also they sell locks for the units if you don't already have one, and it looks like they sell other goods and services too but I'm not sure. I rent a climate controlled 5x5x8 unit.

For the past few months, I've been taking advantage of the exceptional team and facilities at this premier storage facility. The staff is always courteous and accommodating, and the premises are always neat and well-organized. Additionally, 24-hour access is available for when you need to grab something from your unit in a pinch. All in all, this storage facility has become an integral part of my life - it's been a lifesaver!
