Ms Shaday is exceptional! I am writing this review because of her. When I received an email from Storage Post alerting me to possible flood damage I was really apprehensive. When I went to the office to find out more about the flood damage, I had to wait a few minutes while the attendant (Ms Shaday) spoke with at tenant on the telephone. I was impressed at the way she handled the call. She was calm, explained things clearly, was very patient and understanding of the caller. I thought that this woman must have had a degree in psychology! When the call finished, and I spoke with her of my concerns about the flood, and how Storage Post was going to handle the situation, all my ‘fears’ went away. Miss Shaday explained everything very clearly, and how the company was going to handle the issue. I thank you for having someone like Ms Shaday working with you. Thank you again and congratulations for having Ms Shaday speaking with the customers and tenants! She is an asset to your company!

I don't know what's with the bad reviews for this place, I've had nothing but a good experience with the staff and the facility. I recently had to put all my things into storage on short notice. They got me a great unit quick, no bs, and it basically didn't cost me anything. Dino and the other lady behind the counter who's name I didn't catch are super friendly. The location is right next to a police station which is also nice. I've had a few storage units in the past and so far this place is the best. 5 stars.

I highly recommend this place for all storage needs. The hours are great, as well as the location for my business. I had excellent customer service from an employee named Jessica. She was willing to work with me in making sure all my needs were met. I dont regret doing business with Storage Post Self Storage.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who provided support on August 1st 9:00am but his customer skills were excellent. He reviewed offers, payment options, helpful tips for navigating the unit and building (where to drop off after hours, etc.). Special thanks to this staff member for his support.

I’ve been with these guy for over 3 years, and they’re the best. Never had any problems and they’ve always been on hand to help with any of my request. Great Staff, perfect location, good prices. ️

I recently reserved a unit using Storage Post's online services, and I was really pleased with how easy and quick the transaction was. The internet platform made everything so easy to understand.

There were 2 young ladies in the office that were very helpful and friendly.

24 Hours Access, only downside is that it's very pricey. Wish the price of storage would go down over time

So far my experience has been excellent. It's a nice facility. I did have a pleasant experience, when I 1st was "checking in", I was told to park in the numbered spot. When I came back the 2nd time, I did the same. The male employee of that Saturday morning shift told us that we didn't have to do that anymore, just put my code in and just pull in. We had two vehicles at that moment but, I had a personal "duh" moment. Very appreciative to him for pointing that out to me as I was still in transition mode. Very helpful, intuitive staff, would definitely recommend

This was my first time renting a storage unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to others. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and patient with me as she explained the dimensions of the unit and the amount of items that would fit into the space. The company was very thorough and called to verify some information before taking any action that might have an adverse effect on my reservation (Rey). On the day of my move, the movers came late and the window of time that would allow me to get to the office was compromised. However, I called and spoke with Muhammad and Rey and they stayed an additional half an hour. That gave enough time to jump in a cab ahead of the movers and get my keys and sign the contract so I could move into the unit! I just want to say thank you both for being so accommodating and pleasant throughout the various phone calls and evenmore when I got to the facility. The process once we were at the facility was very smooth. The dollies and hand carts made the transfer of items from the truck to the unit quite easy. Thanks again, gentlemen for everything!!!!
