The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. Clean place, great employees, I would recommend it.

I've had this storage room for 4 years. So far as I know, there haven't been any problems. The rate goes up every year, which might cause me to get a smaller room somewhere else. Lately, there have been construction workers using the loading/unloading dock area. So I have to park a block or two away. Which is annoying but not life threatening.

It’s a storage place, nothing much to say. It’s relatively clean and I rarely encounter anyone there. I live in the city but use this one because of the better prices.

I rented two units on 8/29/17 but ran into some issues which I then posted a review. On 9/5 Victor Veras the area manager called me to personally apologize for the mishap and issued me an additional free month for the inconvenience. I just want to say thank you to Victor and the staff at the Pelham Pkway facility for treating me like I mattered. I would recommend this facility.

My business is located a few minutes from Storage Post Pelham so it's been convenient for me to store working supplies at this location. We've been using this facility since 2009 and have maintain anywhere from 1 to 3 rooms at a time. I use it mostly for storing my clients goods and all our excess working supplies. As an event company we need access all hours of the day and evening. I like this location because we can access as early as 6am and as late as 10pm with keycode access. It's clean and secure and well lit and I'm yet to feel insecure while using the facility. I had an issue recently and reached out to a supervisor for help. I spoke with District Manager Alexandro who was very willing to help and to find a amicable solution. He was efficient, professional and followed up as promised in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storage Post Pelham.

Good location, loading dock is tight, unless you are a trucker. Very confusing set up(they are all the same, I wonder if one person owns all the storage) this location has B, Ld, M, choose your pain. Once you figure it out what floor you are going...good luck finding your locker. No idea where 287 is, no signs, no floor plans. If there is a fire, you are not coming out alive. The only positive is the attendant, what a professional!
