Alex Lambertus was wonderful! He was so reliable and resourceful; helped me with my move from one unit to the next with the patience of an angel. He even hooked me up with a great price and with garbage bags. He is a true asset to the facility and should definitely be promoted to management. I’m recommending this place and Alex to everyone!!!

The young lady working there this morning was very polite, courteous and friendly. She assisted me with my reservation, explained policy and procedures, showed me how and where my unit was and even when there was an issue with the unit she not only took care of the issue, she even contacted me when the situation was resolved. Excellent customer service

I cannot say enough positive things about Storage Post on Dunnigan Drive in Suffern, NY. From the minute we walked in and met Joan the process of picking the right size storage unit, being shown how secure the site is and how easy access to our unit will be, was smooth sailing. Joan is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We definately feel that our possessions will be well stored and cared for.
