When I got to the office located at the storage facility, John got me signed up and in my unit in minutes. He gave me a tour so I can get to my unit quickest and made sure I was all set up before separating from me. Thanks so much!

He took the time to walk me through the entire facility, showing me all the available units and their pricing. His patience and friendly demeanor made me feel so comfortable that I immediately decided to sign the contract. The entire team, including his co-workers, was kind and helpful throughout the process. I also want to commend the District Manager for building such a wonderful team. Their dedication to customer service is clear, and it makes all the difference.
