The previous owners had this place in 2020, I rented at the set price, in 2022 new owners took over & the price has increased, & out of loyalty I stayed, but no fear, because of a beautiful human being by the name of Adrian who went beyond the call of duty and reached out to me, & lowered the increased price back down to the price I was paying when I signed up. So to show my gratitude I'm leaving this review. Loyalty is a big one for me, & with that being said thank you Adrian!!!

UPDATE AUG: Management reached out via e-mail around three months later to inform me that they noted my review and have addressed the issue -- and indeed, on several visits recently it's been nice and quiet so I will have to say that the folks in charge here are obviously on top of things! UPDATE: Downgrading to ZERO STARS due to loud rap/hip-hop GARBAGE blasting through the public address system...kid on duty claimed it was Management's instructions; yeah, right -- boy even claimed it's always been that way, and came up with some nonsense about how their speakers were broken (huh???)...yep, the kid can't even get his own story straight! I'll contact management and see if they really thought this is a good idea...nothing like sorting through your belongings and being tortured by mindless noise!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pretty good overall -- but wow are these guys quick as day traders getting money from your account! I mean I goofed up with payment once and so was delinquent (for more than their two/three-day grace period, incidentally) but as soon as I'd put money in my account on file with them they took it out -- like I said, fast as (Early Aughts, when internet speeds hadn't yet been equalized for everyone by the exchanges) day traders!!

Prior to booking with StoragePost, I had called about 6-7 other storage places. Storage Post in Garden City had the best rates. The location is in a nice area and easy to get to from a highway. The facility is new and clean. When you pull in to drop your things there is a tarp on top of the loading docs which makes it convenient when its raining/snowing so you stuff does not get wet. They have plenty of dolly's to help you bring all the items to your unit. It is a month to month lease and they ask for 10 day notice if you not going to be needing the unit anymore. Very convenient that you are not locked into something for a year or longer. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 starts and not 5 is because when I booked it over the phone the girl told me that the unit can be in 2 people's name (this was very important to me and I made sure to ask numerous times during the call). However when we came to sign the lease, we were told that the unit can only be in one person's name and there is no way around that. Other than that this place is nice and for a reasonable price.

Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.

24 hour access is amazing. There was a little difference in quality when we were shown the 5x10 vs the 5x6 in terms of the whole floor being a metal grate and much tighter hallways and the ac is a little less effective on that floor since it's at the top of the building, but it's a good deal. There was also a $10 a month insurance that isn't included in the rental price. That would be good to announce on the website and when talking about prices.

Good customer service. They always keep it clean but there are mice. My unit has lots of dropping’s and I keep it clean and organized !
