Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Great location for storage. Clean facility and great service. Tanaysha is always great. My employees state she's always friendly and always greets them with a smile. Definitely looking to move our 10x20 unit to this location as well.

Ozzy is the man! He helped me move into my 4th storage unit with Storage Post. Love this location in New Rochelle. It’s got later access with a key code than other storage options and it’s a well managed and well run facility. Thank you to Ozzy and the team at New Rochelle Storage Post!
