I love this facility the Mgr Christine she is very knowledgeable and professional. Place is clean would def recommend to anyone looking for storage in the area.

My initial encounter with front desk was phenomenal. Their customer services exceeded my expectations. Everyone from Jazmin to security guard on site were extremely friendly, respectful and helpful. I was not rushed or pressured into anything, was given detailed instructions/information regarding rentals. Prices are super affordable , convenient location and easy access !! All in one package deal. Took advantage of their promotion!! Walked away one satisfied customer!!! Highly recommend??

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..
