Ozzy was great. I booked from the website and was a little misled by the "ground floor" description. It still required me to use either stairs or an elevator to get to my space, and there were a lot of doorsI

Very helpful at front desk Facility is generally clean Needs more carts for transporting storage. Larger size carts would be more useful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Moving carts including one for mattresses. Sheltered loading/unloading bays. Units are clean and dry.
