The staff is friendly and having 24 hour access is very helpful. My only complaint is that if you’re there after 6pm when the office is closed,the bathroom is frequently out of toilet paper. This should be checked and restocked before the staff leave for the night.

The most friendliest staff in person or on the phone, great prices on storage rooms and they appreciate their customers. During this covid19 breakout they are working with thier renters and not even charging any late fees and taking partial payment to help ppl out so they wont lose their valuables

I am very big on receiving good customer service. When i don't get it this lets me know I'm not dealing with professionals. At the storage post the staff are dead on ... They're courtesous and well organized, and treat the customer with respect. This means alot to me, and that is why I'm doing business with you... Keep up the good work!!!

Great price compared to other locations. Only flaw with this place is the schedule. You can't even access your unit on off hours. Other than that it's great.

The website and the call center gave me some misinformation about the availability of time that I did not realize would cause me serious inconvenience until I actually got to the space (which is under construction). However, I was super impressed with the effort and overtime that the company (the staff in office, the manager out of office, the district manager and others on the phone) affixed to resolve the issue. They worked really hard to help me out and made the necessary adjustments to get me to be able to move in that day without a hitch. The manager, Ivan and his staff member Hassan, really made all the difference. I am giving them a four out of five, because the facility is still being constructed. If it weren't for the experience of working mainly with these two, I would have given them a one out of five. That's how much they improved my impression of the company.

Positive: Great price compared to other storage providers. I recently decided to use this facility and move contents of my storage unit. It is clean. It Needs improvements in the following areas: I had to use the docking area. If I had physical challenges, it would have been impossible to climb or carry boxes to the loading carts. This facility is best suited for trucks to move items. I checked the other entry points and there isn't flat ground level loading area. The other entries have stairs (imagine having to carry boxes!) or very steep incline! The first day I got lost trying to find my locker. It's a bit of a maze. The numbers aren't sequential! I had to call the office (got call service), a gentleman came and helped me locate it. The elevators aren't numbered. I ended up at another area the first day while trying to exit... Eventually I figured out there was another elevator taking you to the docking area exit! It helps having groups of #s as well as markings and a map by each elevator! Please have a number allocated to each elevator. The third trip, I had to call the office for a cart to load my boxes. For better client service: With all the security cameras, the office should be aware that there aren't enough loading carts and make sure to have enough and not having to call the office (goes to call center)! Overall, I find it challenging using this facility. I hate having to climb the docking area to get to my storage unit. I hope they take into consideration the above improvements for better client experience. NOTE: I gave 5 stars, hoping they will take the above suggestions seriously.
