This was updated to 5 stars since the problem was resolved. Mohammad called personally to resolve the problem . This is good attention to a problem and good service. I am extremely unhappy with the move from Chelsea to LIC. Louis of Prime Moving facilitated this move. He promised to call when the truck would reach LIC he never called or returned my phone calls. I wanted to supervise the way my things would be arranged in this new unit since I wanted certain educational materials in the front where I could reach them.Since Louis never called I have no idea how my things were placed. I am slightly handicapped and am not physically capable of taking everything out of the unit and rearranging it the way I want. I am very upset and disappointed in the way this move was handled. I don't even know the number of the new unit. In addition I was promised the first month would be free. So far have paid for the unit twice. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST: MOHAMMAD FROM STORAGE POST CALLED ME TO OFFER AN APOLOGY . HE ALSO OFFERED TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME REARRANGE MY THINGS IN THE UNIT. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEREFORE I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. FOR HIS ATTENTION TO THIS PROBLEM.

Rudy took care of me , Very informative and humble. He definitely went above and beyond to help me decide on unit size since it is my first time. Definitely reccomend anyone to stop by this location and ask for Rudy

The team and the service I received at this location has been nothing short of AMAZING. Val and her team are beyond friendly, efficient and great partners. I would without a doubt recommend Storage Post to vendors and other Jersey City residents as my experience has been superb.

Some of my electronic's got scrambled or rather defective.

Everyone I have dealt with is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The facility is bright and clean. Overall a very pleasant experience dealing with a terrific team.

My move was smooth and the representative Yamash Singh was very professional, helpful and patient with me. Showed me the storage options that are available to me and guided me through the process without any problems. The facility is Clean, Secure and Temperature controlled. If there was a higher rating than 5 Stars I would have definitely given it. IF you plan to use a Storage facility. You can't go wrong with Storage Post!

Dropped off more items for storage until summer arrives. Clean and climate controlled. Reasonable prices
