The biggest problem I see here, is the limited amount of dollys. Other than that, I believe that I'm going to like storing my belongings here. I wasn't told that I had to buy a lock. I believe that but if information should be made known to your customers beforehand. That wasn't an expected expense. We made do. Eddie was very helpful retrieving a dolly for us. The site was clean and I really wasn't expecting it to be so nice inside and out. I would totally recommend this place.

I am very big on receiving good customer service. When i don't get it this lets me know I'm not dealing with professionals. At the storage post the staff are dead on ... They're courtesous and well organized, and treat the customer with respect. This means alot to me, and that is why I'm doing business with you... Keep up the good work!!!

I haven't put my things in yet all I do know is the owner was very very kind and very helpful and the place is clean and I like the structure. I never used a storage before but in search before I found this one I went to places I didn't thing my things would be safe at here this place great very kind workers and they work with you

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Storage is good but maybe you guys should hire more employees. When one is doing a walk through maybe the other one should sit at the desk and help customers in need & answer that phone!

Out of all the storage facilities on Long Island they give you your first two months free I can't say enough about it you got 24-hour access and you got cameras everywhere for Peace of Mind storage post is the place to be
