I put a hold online at 2am, and received a call from someone by 8:30. I decided to go to the space in person, and Nychelle was super helpful and easy to work with. She took her time and explained everything I needed to know. The whole set up process took very little time. I was tense and stressed with moving, and she made this part of a stressful move easier.

Nychelle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the level of service. We walked all over the storage facility to find the best room to fit my needs. She is certainly an asset to the company.

Tatiyana was super helpful and went out of her way to make my trip here easy and extremely satisfying!

Great Customer Service Nice Big Space

My name is Andre Ross and I'm giving 5 stars for the exemplery service of Lizette last name unknown and Alex Uzhra who went above and beyond to help me navigate my way during a very dark time. The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.

Came in to transfer to a smaller unit. Jessica and Adriana were very helpful and very professional kind clean facility to rent from.

I like the fact they were very professional. I like how the building is set up. You have to use the pin code to move the elevators. The place is also clean.

My experience with Marie has been very good Always there to explain policy Very helpful with taking payments, just all around very tuned into what the customer needs Excellent customer servvice

Storage Post and their staff were very friendly and informative. Aaron in the office gave me options that made my storage experience more affordable and easier to organize. He also waved some sign up fees which helped make the whole experience pleasant instead of painful. The location near the Navy Yard has aceess points on both sides of the building with elevators at each entrance. Open 24 hours and always very clean. Happy to be storing things here.

Anthony and Alex are extremely helpful even though, I was going thru a tough time and they found me a good space with two months free and they even reduced my rate to a flat rate. I would recommend this storage to anyone.
