Very positive experience here. Eric checked me in; he was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The facility is clean and their telephone support team is responsive and courteous. Great pricing and good security.

I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is an example of great customer service ...I want to say, my experience was outstanding, I was attended to quickly and professionally. The young lady did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision..she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions. I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.

I came from Storage Max and Leslie treated me like family. He made sure to offer storage options that fit my needs and my budget, which I truly appreciate especially during these difficult times.
