This is second review for Storage Post and I want you to know that Victor and Rob truly care for each individual that comes in through the door. I've been doing business with Storage Post since late 2018 and I am extremely grateful for the price, customer service, and how clean this place is kept. No mold, no smells, and great AC. My storage unit in Manhattan was moved to this location after the company was acquired by Storage Post. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve been happy with the service and amenities. Everyone I met - including Carlos, the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. I had trouble bringing in something from the parking lot and someone I didn’t know (I didn’t know he worked at Storage Post at the time) got out of his car to assist. I needed a new lock and the manager gave me a loaner. Also, the facilities are nice and clean ... with 24-hour access.
