The on-site staff at the location are fantastic. When I messed up something and didn't have access to my locker, they were so good in fixing the situation. Also, very reassuring and kind - I was pretty freaked out! Carmen, Romulus, and Lidell were the best! The only disappointment with Storage Post is that the hours of public access to the units are more limited than when I first got my locker long ago. It is for increased security, so I understand, but still a little tricky sometimes when I had to get to the unit in Brooklyn after work in the city.

This company is so easy to talk with. I was able to rent completely over the phone and filling out all of the required documents was a breeze. This was such an easy process and the woman I talked to over the phone was so sweet and genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean, secure, and cheap.
