The place is an old school building and looks a bit run down. The units are clean and dry however, and the staff is very helpful.

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. Sooo a very very special thank you to you all for helping me transition during a bad time in my life. You guys are awesome!!

Fast an easy a bit pricey for what your offering but the front desk lady India was very helpful , the 50$ is like a overhead trunk on a plane too small for what I needed an there’s no in btwn ??

I wish it was smoother than it actually was. The elevator at the loading dock was being occupied by a large group of movers making it difficult to use and left me stuck waiting for the elevator for long periods of time on the floor of my unit while they loaded and unloaded the mounds of furniture they had. Then I went to the front desk to buy a lock and no one was there. I literally waited for 10/15 mins for someone to just come to the front door. Too many red flags on the first day!

There were limited office hours which is not posted online and was not disclosed when I rented. While there is a remote check in process, it is strange and risky providing personal information to a screen in a public area on the sidewalk. This does not protect personal information and leaves customers vulnerable to identity theft.
