I had a very positive experience at storage post. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's so easy to drive up and use the elevators and provided carts even if your storage unit isn't close to the entrance. There is often only one person in the office so do leave a little extra time for check in (for example check in and get an orientation on your unit/sign the contract before you hire movers so they don't have to be waiting while you check in - it took about 20 minutes.)

I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people. I had a fantastic experience using both the parking and storage facilities. My car was parked there for over four months, and when I returned to pick it up, everything was just as I left it—completely untouched and in perfect condition. Lazeni provided exceptional assistance during the check-out process. I highly recommend this place; for the price, the level of service and attention to detail truly go above and beyond expectations.
