She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. Everything went well. I was able to reserve my unit online and pay for it the day before. Also, the representative in the office was very accommodating. It was also easy to access my unit and I felt safe while doing so. And I forgot my lock, but I was also able to purchase one at the reception desk.

My experience with Storage Post was fairly seamless. I’m happy with the rate that I was offered even though the unit is very high up and you have to take a ladder to get to it. The best part of my experience was the day that I moved in, there was a woman, Helena, who helped set me up and get situated with my unit. She was beyond helpful and incredibly sweet. I can’t thank her enough and having someone so warm and helpful at such a facility which is typically cold and unfriendly made my experience so much more pleasant. Thanks to Helena.
