Ace and Gloria. and Alex are amazing. Great customer service. P.s. They caught the thief -another customer -last year and he has 6 years in jail. Good work!!! Great security and perfect customer service.

Came in today with my husband as a first time customer. Ahjenay Santana helped us and was very very helpful. Walking in we were feeling nervous and anxious, especially because we are moving due to unfortunate circumstances and Ahjenay made us feel soo welcomed. The customer agent that helped me was Sean. He was extremely courteous and polite and went above and beyond to explain the procedures and policies of the facility. He had a lot of patience and I appreciate the time he spent going over things with me and honestly if it wasn't for him taking that time with me I probably would have stored my belongings else where. I want to personally acknowledge my appreciation for the outstanding service .on my very first visit. And again, thank you once again.
