The gentleman st the desk was amazing. The prices took just minutes and he explained it perfectly. I know to call on the 14th of whatever month I decide to close out my storage in order to pick up at end of month and not be charged for the next month. He was wonderful!

Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Great storing experience so far. Thank you Zophia..

Very friendly and informative staff. Mrs. Linda and Ms. Rachel were right to the point in explaining the fair, but not too expensive pricings. And they're policies are great too.

We rented last week and I've been procrastinating on writing this review but I promise Ashley I would !! Your personality is amazing super friendly , bubbly and patient!! Excellent customer service and very clean facility. I love the fact that the storage spaces inside have climate control and the facility. Feels very safe and secure, also good lighting everywhere. Cameras everywhere which makes me feel like my stuff is safe. The lady in the front office was excellent, her name is Maria Quezada. She made me feel comfortable and welcome, also made sure all my needs of me renting a storage space were accommodated. I got nothing but good vibes. If you are looking for a place to store your stuff, I definitely recommend this facility. They are very professional here.

Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.
