Came in looking for a unit to accommodate all of my stuff Ashley was very friendly and the move in process was very quick and easy the facility clean and they have a huge elevator!! I definitely would recommend this place. Thank You guys !!!

Customer service is of great quality. Special thanks to Daniel and Portia for making this stressful experience a breeze. Booked a place the night before on the phone in a few minutes and when I went in the next day, Daniel was super thorough and nice. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick and reliable service to store your stuff.

I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!!
