I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. Long story short, place call to SS, and they accommodated me with the storage unit that I was looking for a 5 / 5, and everything was done over. The phone contract was sent and received past codes provided access upon arrived at the storage unit BY 9:30 PM and stored all my son's stuff, so kudos to self storage.

Great customer service! New to the area and needed storage quickly, was able to find just what I needed at Storage Post. Everyone at Storage Post was very friendly and outgoing, and I've got to say their customer service is really top-notch. I have visited other storage facilities to find out which would be the safest, cleanest, and most secure, and this location exceeded my expectations. I'm glad to say that I will be a customer for some time, and will be recommending every and anyone who needs storage!
