I chose this storage facility solely based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Anthony, the manager, was great! He went above and beyond to make our move easy and seemless. Not only is the customer service great, but they also have the lowest rates in the area. Only complain I have is, they should have more staff, I think it’s a lot for one person. But still, on a very busy Saturday, with people moving in and out, plus all the new customers inquiring information in the front desk, Anthony managed to acknowledge everyone upon arrival, and take care of them in a timely manner. He was also very patient showing us around the different units available, and explaining which one would work better according to our needs and budget. When in need of storage, at a good price, convenient and with great customer service, look nowhere else..
