Came here today for the first time to rent a storage unit and was greeted by an associate named Jawad. He was very informative and knowledgeable of what they had available and what might fit my needs best. He took us on a quick tour to showcase the unit sizes. I quickly figured out what suited me best. The overall process was quick and hassle free thanks to the professionalism displayed by Jawad. Will definitely spread the good word about my experience at the facility

I have a unit at this location for more than 10 years and have dealt with many employees but recently I met on young lady named Lissette she is amazing, very friendly and attentive. I went to the location the other night and it was clean and smelled very good was suprised to see restroom was very clean. Good job storage post

I highly recommend West Babylon Public Storage. Cliff and Juliette delivered super high quality service before, during, and after my time with Public Storage. Cliff and Juliette were super friendly and informative. They both made me feel very comfortable and not just 'another customer'.
