Very secure, but access is a huge problem

Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.

Only used there service for 6mos but the staff was great @ the start & end. Would recommend this facility. Premise is always clean & equipment is always available for use.

I've dealt with my fare share of storage places and im happy to say i found Storage Post. This place has two loading docks that make unloading a breeze. The huge elevator is a plus as well. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Very secure, but access is a huge problem

My business is located a few minutes from Storage Post Pelham so it's been convenient for me to store working supplies at this location. We've been using this facility since 2009 and have maintain anywhere from 1 to 3 rooms at a time. I use it mostly for storing my clients goods and all our excess working supplies. As an event company we need access all hours of the day and evening. I like this location because we can access as early as 6am and as late as 10pm with keycode access. It's clean and secure and well lit and I'm yet to feel insecure while using the facility. I had an issue recently and reached out to a supervisor for help. I spoke with District Manager Alexandro who was very willing to help and to find a amicable solution. He was efficient, professional and followed up as promised in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storage Post Pelham.

Great service. Reasonable price. Parking is not that big if not a busy day. But it has a unload area

Went their to help a friend.. Looks like a nice storage place.. real cold inside, though.

Nice and clean facility. Easy loading bay. The only thing annoying is that every time the I need to put something there carts are always gone.
