Decent prices on storage areas. Big loading dock with plenty of lighting and a clean environment. You have the option to pay on line or automatic payments. Not opened 24hrs for storage access.

Facility is in a dark area of the Bronx but overall my experience was pleasant. I had my unit for a while there and closed my account today. The manager Jay was cool, gave us all the info we needed and helped us quickly move out of our unit. The Price here was cheap and I will be coming back if I need another space. I would give 5 stars but no loading area for parking.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . UPDATE AUG: Management reached out via e-mail around three months later to inform me that they noted my review and have addressed the issue -- and indeed, on several visits recently it's been nice and quiet so I will have to say that the folks in charge here are obviously on top of things! UPDATE: Downgrading to ZERO STARS due to loud rap/hip-hop GARBAGE blasting through the public address system...kid on duty claimed it was Management's instructions; yeah, right -- boy even claimed it's always been that way, and came up with some nonsense about how their speakers were broken (huh???)...yep, the kid can't even get his own story straight! I'll contact management and see if they really thought this is a good idea...nothing like sorting through your belongings and being tortured by mindless noise!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pretty good overall -- but wow are these guys quick as day traders getting money from your account! I mean I goofed up with payment once and so was delinquent (for more than their two/three-day grace period, incidentally) but as soon as I'd put money in my account on file with them they took it out -- like I said, fast as (Early Aughts, when internet speeds hadn't yet been equalized for everyone by the exchanges) day traders!!

What can I say, its storage not a 5 star motel.

Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.

They have a problem when you are canceling, and continue charging you.

Very helpful at front desk Facility is generally clean Needs more carts for transporting storage. Larger size carts would be more useful.
