Out of the way storage space four stars because the freight elevator still requires an assist from the attendant

The online customer service was very helpful. The young lady who stayed past her work hours was very helpful as well. I am at the Huguenot facility. I did not give 5 stars because of the night traffic that goes in and out of the facility. I am very concerned about going there at night. it looks like these people are staying in the units at night. Please check into this situation, I am very fearful of going to the facility after office hours to go to my storage unit.

I wish there was a trash to dispose of cloves outside. Friendly team. Clean storage.

The moved in windows is to high for people to moved in with their regular car.

From our experience, once we where there we were welcomed with warm reception by Staff. We were given an tour of the facility which seemed helpful

There's a loading dock, but it does have stairs instead of a ramp , so it is hard to load a container or higher level truck.

The woman who showed me the space we rented was nice and patient. The space itself was a good size, affordable and near the elevator which is a plus. However I learned the hard way that once you decide to rent a space you must bring your lock in during their office hours so they could take there lock off and put your lock on. This process does make sense but I have never rented a storage space before and I just thought once I purchase it they will take their lock off automatically. The woman who i signed up with should have mentioned that small detail to me so that I wouldn't have came to move all my stuff in at night, just to discover I can't because it's locked. Also when we finally got the Locks switched the space was extremely dusty and dirty. My fiancé was disgusted and had to clean it himself.

Great place, clean, temperature controlled, bathrooms and food prices for the most part

is a good place .. nice staff .. i just wish it was open till a little later but other then that is a good place

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Friendly and helpful staff. Moving carts including one for mattresses. Sheltered loading/unloading bays. Units are clean and dry.
