It was good, except the storage units were not accurately measured (smaller than the size that they were listed at) so we had to look at several units to find one that was big enough, I would suggest getting the actual measurements of each unit. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Everyone i dealt with was really nice, the facilities are nice too. But i was contacted on the phone after my initial inqueries and was told i would have 24 hr access but in reality it is 6am to 9pm. That is still pretty good. But i was also sold the space as a 5' x11', when it is actually only 5' x 8'. Like i said, i like the facility and the staff very much. But i was hoping to get a price reduction yo reflect the real size, or get a true 5' x 11' at the price * atached picture shows an 8 foot peice of masonite fitting the exact length of the space

Late charges and response during covid has been difficult. A lock was placed on our items preventing entrance. We were charged almost $50 while waiting for the office to respond to us having covid payments on time.

It's average,just trying to get to the bottom of things. I will pronounce it is an excellent experience when I get it all sorted and done. I believe I can get there.

I usually have an awesome experience but this time not so much. Purchased a second unit and have had multiple issues with it.

It's my fault for NOT having someone supervise it. They broke various things during the move and and the pieces broken are not found. sorry BUT the moving part was not good.

Expensive, doors to unit are small and difficult to get things in and out.
