I entered the storage and there was only one person running around. The storage lacks staff workers and need extra help with daily customers walking in and out. Only one staff in the front is not enough help. They have only one person running around doing his best but you can see around he needs help. This storage should have a security guard so personal belongings won't be stolen or broken into as I saw if the doors stay open anyone can walk right in behind you, that's dangerous. Please hire ?? ?? for all safety reasons for all employees and services.

It is always crowded

Great location in the middle of all major highways making an easy access point for your belongings. Some of the evening staff are very unprofessional and very rude.

Really good when I signed up, but a definite degradation on the level of service. Recent weekend visit wasn't unpleasant, but definitely got disinterested, lackadaisical staffer.

Super Nice Facility. Stan Explains Everything. Was a mandatory $11/month protection fee which increases the monthly rental. Closes early. Overall, worth it. I'm happy to be with nice customers, staff and clean like new storage facility. 2025 2026: Stan yelled at me in front of a customer for asking a question. This place sure knows how to take your smile away. And someone pissed by my unit. See photo. And the thingy is missing two (2) Safety Chains. See photos (2) Can you ADD BARS? More Secure :) Maintenance went downhill like staff.

I had a storage room with this company before and everything went well as far as getting the room etc etc .My only problem that I endured was with the access code that almost never worked which was very frustrating when I would go during access hour and the store wasn’t open yet I would usually have to wait until the store open and then they would fix whatever the problem was but but that was very important for me . J also had a storage at another location and I experienced the same issue which was worse because they access hours were from 6 am and the store didn’t open til 9 am . so they were many times I went to go to my storage room at 6 AM and my access code didn’t work which means I was not able to get in to my storage room and get my stuff so which means I had to wait until 9 o’clock until they open the office to speak to someone so they could fix the problem. That was very frustrating - so am I saying that what happened to everyone? But I happened to meet several different times at two different locations so I learned never to go before the store opens because I might be locked out because my access code isn’t working at the moment. so I can honestly say the process of getting a storage room is fine, but the access code issue I would not recommend this storage company due to that issue. Also if you are late one day with making a payment, the late fee is $15 and then one week after it’s an additional $30 which I think just isn’t fair.

Did everything over the phone with Erik got a great deal on a locker. Then i took a cab to the storage unit an no one was in the office on a Saturday. I didnt know i had to use the little automated screen thing to the left of the door. This is my 1st time at a storage place. The guy that helped me i forgot his name but idk he was just taking forever i already finished the lease online or so i thought. I dont know if he was new or just having a bed day but he seemed a little off. When i got to the entrance inside the code didnt work i guess bc the door didnt open.Otherwise i got my locker an put everything inside. Pretty good space an price i got for the unit but i wish Eric was there to help me since i did everything over the phone with him already
