Getting code is annoying, confusing process to talk to a video agent virtually. didnt work for a while so porter had to let me in. porter was very good and helped me out though, even fixed my passcode

The small unit i rented had tooo many mice droppings from the beginning, And it was on the second floor The units should be cleaned much better for a new tenant Definitely disappointed. J. B.

Excellent facility management is top-notch accessibility is great but minus a star for all the chipped paint falling on all my stuff consistently as seen in this photo. You don’t even have to touch it for it to fall all over your items. Make sure your unit does not have this

Ive been renting fo some time now and i dont understand why i cant use the bathroom..i travel alot when i get there they tell me its out of service or not available

As far as storage places go, it's is adequate.

Reasonable rates make this a great place to keep your items at. They have recently upgraded everything even letting old staff go, to bad I missed them. Update, those reasonable rates are getting higher, in the span of a few months I've already gotten two rate increases. All that fixing up in there is coming out the customers pocket. Will have to rethink if I should stay or go if they keep raising rates every 3 or 4 months. I would think with all the new storage lockers making more money they would leave rates alone. Every little nook and cranny has a new locker, ridiculous. Another $10 dollar rate increase for 12/2033. Will be moving stuff out slowly so by the summer can say later. Started out with reasonable rates but with rate increases almost every month it's getting ridiculous. Where's all the extra money they getting for all those new storage spaces they charging people for. Also you would think with being a customer bathroom would be accessible but it's always out of order?

Its getting too expensive

Very disappointed garbage every where on the floor and not light inside the room. it's hard to see and move the furniture around. staff was very pleasant though.

PROS: They guy who works at the front desk is pretty helpful and laid back. The price of the storage rooms are great for the amount of space that you receive. CON: The woman at the front desk named DANA. TERRIBLE attitude with minimal customer service skills. She talks over you while you're trying to converse or ask a question(while giving you wrong information because she isn't listening to hear you, she's listening to respond with an attitude), which is extremely rude and annoying.
