I came to the storage unit today and realized I left my keys at home. Devin was very helpful in assisting me with getting the lock off and assisting with a new lock. I didn’t have to wait long and no issues was had. Thank you guys

Love the experience from the moment I called the Manager Kim @ the location @ 1331 S 55th in Cicero was nice a caring & very professional.& when I arrived Jasmine the rrep was so professional & me all set up no hassle Overalll this storage company is the best Thanks for everything guys

Relocated and extremely overwhelmed, but Anthony's customer service made a huge difference. He was knowledgeable and comforting. It's hard to find an individual with such genuine knack for customer service. Will recommend others here.

My storage unit in Manhattan was moved to this location after the company was acquired by Storage Post. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve been happy with the service and amenities. Everyone I met - including Carlos, the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. I had trouble bringing in something from the parking lot and someone I didn’t know (I didn’t know he worked at Storage Post at the time) got out of his car to assist. I needed a new lock and the manager gave me a loaner. Also, the facilities are nice and clean ... with 24-hour access.
