First of all I would like to say Rudy is beyond helpful. Very polite and patient. We actually found this storage place for a relative of mine but when speaking of prices I had to terminate my overpriced storage location and move in to this one. Rudy was respectful and answered every question we had as we toured multiple units until we found the one we chose. He helped make the whole process very easy. The location is clean and kept well. Leslie helped us so much! He even worked hard to get us a discount. This experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend this storage space. This experience was lovely, simple and just hands down amazing.

Thank you so much to Kristian who has been so helpful at my storage post in Fordham rd in the BX. I love that he’s there. Every time I come he’s very nice always greets us and says hello. Always asks us how he can help us. We are so happy that he’s there. Makes the place so much better. We are happy when we go that he’s there I know we will get the help we need. Also ever since he’s there the place is cleaner it smells nicer as well. Before it was not as clean and always smelled. Honestly we were thinking of either moving to a different storage or just closing it down and leaving because the storage was smelly and always dirty. But Kristians help and how he takes care of the storage in general is very nice and pleasant.

I stopped-by today to get some information in my quest to obtain a storage unit. Ms. Jessica Santos was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.
