The Customer Service Rep., "Porsha," with whom a spoke on the phone, is equally terrific and courteous! In addition, as a previous customer of years ago, Specialist, Val, was amazing! Because of my satisfaction with this Company, I've previously sent referrals; including my daughter, Michelle B, still a present customer. Manny was and is exeptional, he is beyond on point in representing himself and this company, I could tell his customer service is genuine and he is true to his commitment in doing so, he toured me very well, all of the cameras, 3 elevators and the kiosk is really cool. Pleased, satisfied & gracious is an understatement, Manny is truly remarkable person. He really is the best person I ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and genuinely caring for what does for customers passionately. He keeps this place clean and the energy he gives off is uplifting. The access hours, alot of security cameras, spacious loading docks, along of elevators, love the kiosk outside and I love the intercom and of course the prices. Storage Post was very convenient for me as it was located close to my home and had easy access.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, ready to answer all your questions anytime. Most importantly, really spacious place with wide loading docks in front as well as at the back of the building and huge freight elevator that can fit half of the apartment easily. I’ve been their customer for half an year and definitely going to stick with.

Update. This has been resolved. Thanks so much for helping me out. Victor was so very helpful! Moral of the story: people get busy and sometimes help is a little slow to arrive. If you are persistent, you’ll eventually find the right person. Victor is an asset at the Storage Post location in New Rochelle. I hope he’s appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate him! Damage due to falling ceiling. No help! Need to update my review. I've been a customer for 5 years and have ways enjoyed Storage Post. However, I have damage to one of the rooms and it's getting progressively worse. I've mentioned it to the staff several times. I'll try to upload some of the pictures shortly.
