This was my first time renting a storage unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to others. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and patient with me as she explained the dimensions of the unit and the amount of items that would fit into the space. The company was very thorough and called to verify some information before taking any action that might have an adverse effect on my reservation (Rey). On the day of my move, the movers came late and the window of time that would allow me to get to the office was compromised. However, I called and spoke with Muhammad and Rey and they stayed an additional half an hour. That gave enough time to jump in a cab ahead of the movers and get my keys and sign the contract so I could move into the unit! I just want to say thank you both for being so accommodating and pleasant throughout the various phone calls and evenmore when I got to the facility. The process once we were at the facility was very smooth. The dollies and hand carts made the transfer of items from the truck to the unit quite easy. Thanks again, gentlemen for everything!!!!

Absolutely Incredible Experience! Storage Post is the best! Shadey provided us with exceptional customer service, making us feel like we were in paradise. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. As a student using storage for the first time, I was really overwhelmed at first. Carlos was extremely kind and helpful the entire time. He even helped carry my heavy luggage himself. The facility is very clean and organized (my top priority). I booked my storage unit over the phone and when I arrived on my moving day everything was such an easy process. Also...my promotion, rate and payments were accurate with what I was told over the phone. Front desk person was very nice as well. Store here!

I've had storage here for about three months, no problems except for the back code box, couldn't get in thru there for like 2 days. Not a big deal, just a longer walk from the front. Other than that, the place is kept clean.
