This was updated to 5 stars since the problem was resolved. Mohammad called personally to resolve the problem . This is good attention to a problem and good service. I am extremely unhappy with the move from Chelsea to LIC. Louis of Prime Moving facilitated this move. He promised to call when the truck would reach LIC he never called or returned my phone calls. I wanted to supervise the way my things would be arranged in this new unit since I wanted certain educational materials in the front where I could reach them.Since Louis never called I have no idea how my things were placed. I am slightly handicapped and am not physically capable of taking everything out of the unit and rearranging it the way I want. I am very upset and disappointed in the way this move was handled. I don't even know the number of the new unit. In addition I was promised the first month would be free. So far have paid for the unit twice. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST: MOHAMMAD FROM STORAGE POST CALLED ME TO OFFER AN APOLOGY . HE ALSO OFFERED TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME REARRANGE MY THINGS IN THE UNIT. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEREFORE I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. FOR HIS ATTENTION TO THIS PROBLEM.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Storage Post, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team there. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine kindness and professionalism. A special thank you goes to Santos and Carlos. Santos was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit. He took the time to walk me through the entire facility, showing me all the available units and their pricing. His patience and friendly demeanor made me feel so comfortable that I immediately decided to sign the contract. The entire team, including his co-workers, was kind and helpful throughout the process. I also want to commend the District Manager for building such a wonderful team. Their dedication to customer service is clear, and it makes all the difference. I highly recommend Storage Post to anyone in need of storage solutions. The service is excellent, and the people are even better!

This has been my go to storage facility in Brooklyn/Queens. Covered loading dock, clean temperature controlled units and a great staff. Everyone there, especially Jessica and Julie, are very friendly and eager to help you find the best unit at the best price.

The Best. They actually will answer your phone calls deal with you with tons of competency. I lost the key to my lock and they cut it for free, no charge, unbelievable. Highly recommend them. 24/7 access and great customer service

I've had this for a few months now and this place is great!! They have a working bathroom! And it's clean! Most places. The "have" a bathroom thats permanently out of order. Usually other places have some mess or glass or bits on the floor. The hallways are super clean! Lots of dollys of different kinds. They have a large full loading dock to park. Pleanty of parking! Staff is professional and helpful. Renting a 10x20. Note, 24 hours access is businesses only.
