I've been using Storage Post for a while now, and I'm always impressed with the level of customer service I receive. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with my storage experience.

I had a very positive experience at storage post. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's so easy to drive up and use the elevators and provided carts even if your storage unit isn't close to the entrance. There is often only one person in the office so do leave a little extra time for check in (for example check in and get an orientation on your unit/sign the contract before you hire movers so they don't have to be waiting while you check in - it took about 20 minutes.)

Back on 5/22/2024, I rented a 5 x10 foot unit at Storage Post yesterday from Carlos and Shaday, who could not have been nicer, more competent and professional if they tried. The entire facility is in tiptop shape, and they make it very easy to get to one's "stuff" with more than ample access hours every day of the week: 6 AM to 10 PM. Yesterday, October 22, 2024, Shaday, helped me downsize to a smaller unit as the other was more than I now need. As before, she was a pleasure to work with not to mention I am very happy to be paying less with her help! I believe that if you go to Storage Post and let Carlos and Shaday set up a unit for you that you will be glad you did.
