I was very disappointed with the storage facility I used with the city before. Fortunately, I decided to move here. This place is clean and well-maintained, the unit is larger, and the price is even cheaper than what I paid before. I’m extremely satisfied. The staff are also very friendly and patient. I highly recommend it.

He was thorough in explaining various things on the lease and answered all of my questions. Prior to today, I spoke to Portia on the phone a couple of times and she was equally helpful and kind. Easy access and many sized storage units. Competitively priced.

Fast and professional service. Matt showed me the unit, loaded information in the computer, explained some policies to me and I was ready to move. After loading some items in the space, I noticed that the latch is very loose on the roll up door. Matt came right over checked it out and will take care of it when a new one comes in. The outdoor parking is very crowded and all filled up, but that is part of renting. Company must be doing something right. Update 12/12/19 Rented a second unit with my brother and outside parking opened up just rented a space for a trailer or service truck. Another great experience with the crew at Storage Post. Thank you Matt.

Excellent customer service

I was in an uber with all my belongings stranded because the facility at which I held a reservation was closed and not answering the phone. I was desperate and anxious! I was treated quickly over the phone by the representative who gave me a couple options of locations, helped me chose an appropriate size unit, and signed me up over the phone. Knowing I was paying by the minute for my transportation I was given the ability to sign and send the lease agreement electronically so all would be set upon arrival. At the location the staff also was considerate of my car situation tell me to unload first and we could go through the tour and instructions after, to keep me expenses low during my move. I typically do not right reviews but this was an oasis in the desert experience and I am glad to share!

very friendly customer service. front desk lady is very welcoming. overall storage post is nice , modern , above expectation. some homeless people are there but they are outside.
