She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. Really amazing customer service. I walked in to these two male models at the desk. They were very welcoming and considerate of everything I asked for. We briefly skimmed over the 24 hr access and I did not know you needed a special approval ( which I really approve of) and first night showed at 3a.m with a truck of stuff. But again customer service came through. I came next morning and all is well. Feels good so far!

24 Hours Access, only downside is that it's very pricey. Wish the price of storage would go down over time
