This was updated to 5 stars since the problem was resolved. Mohammad called personally to resolve the problem . This is good attention to a problem and good service. I am extremely unhappy with the move from Chelsea to LIC. Louis of Prime Moving facilitated this move. He promised to call when the truck would reach LIC he never called or returned my phone calls. I wanted to supervise the way my things would be arranged in this new unit since I wanted certain educational materials in the front where I could reach them.Since Louis never called I have no idea how my things were placed. I am slightly handicapped and am not physically capable of taking everything out of the unit and rearranging it the way I want. I am very upset and disappointed in the way this move was handled. I don't even know the number of the new unit. In addition I was promised the first month would be free. So far have paid for the unit twice. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST: MOHAMMAD FROM STORAGE POST CALLED ME TO OFFER AN APOLOGY . HE ALSO OFFERED TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME REARRANGE MY THINGS IN THE UNIT. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEREFORE I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. FOR HIS ATTENTION TO THIS PROBLEM.

My storage unit in Manhattan was moved to this location after the company was acquired by Storage Post. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve been happy with the service and amenities. Everyone I met - including Carlos, the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. I had trouble bringing in something from the parking lot and someone I didn’t know (I didn’t know he worked at Storage Post at the time) got out of his car to assist. I needed a new lock and the manager gave me a loaner. Also, the facilities are nice and clean ... with 24-hour access.

I'm a excited extended customer. I am thrilled with the level of customer service I receive at this storage post location. The new space I moved into was way more than what I expected and the move was hassle free and smooth thank you to the whole team at storage post Fred, Christina and Emmanuel ETC. I would always recommend this location to anyone looking for space for there things! Thank you team storage post!

This place is always clean. Well staffed. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Many sizes rooms to chose from. Pretty good prices. And especially a plus, you have ACCESS TO 9PM. Can't get that anywhere else.
