I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

Julissa and the whole crew are just exceptional the facility is clean is well runed I feel safe and secure and that my property is being looked after. there great with me as a customer and always remember my name or unit# I've have been there almost 4yrs and dont regret it at all...??

Edilee is a great representative of this organization. She has great people skills and was extremely helpful to my needs and physically accommodated me in every way possible. Storage Post Lawrence location NY. Location representative NICOLE is awesome. Nicole represents Storage Post in a professional manner which when all is said and done a business wants in an employee.
