Rented a storage unit today and it turned out to be the wrong size I needed. Rudy was so helpful and kept my stress level low while he resolved my issue in no time. Facilities you can tell are well kept.

I had a unit at this particular location and recently had an issue that was totally my doing. I spoke to Mohammed who was so pleasant and professional and the issue was resolved expeditiously . As a retiree who is actually shut in at the moment .I appreciate Mohammed's professionalism and understanding. He made my day and I will certainly refer my friends and family to use this site.

Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. Storage was easy to get into and out of. Staff was helpful when questions arose. Was walking distance from Harlem, which helped a lot.
