I’ve recently came with my mom to look at a large unit to move into , Daniel was nice and knowledgeable. He was able to help my mother find a large unit that easily helped with her move . The facility is clean and the staff is very kind . I would highly recommend coming here !

I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Carlos is fantastic. And Lori at the call center who made my reservation was also very kind and helpful. Clean facility, nice employees, good carts, the lock was only $9. Definitely recommended.

Wow! Great Service! Staff is very friendly and go out of there way to help! I had surgery on my bad leg and spanish guy helped get us carts and patiently showed me how to use my accesss code in the elevators. My storage unit’s lock was faulty and it was so cold today. i bothered him again and he gladly also helped me fix it!! Wish more people were like this!
