We actually found this storage place for a relative of mine but when speaking of prices I had to terminate my overpriced storage location and move in to this one. Rudy was respectful and answered every question we had as we toured multiple units until we found the one we chose. He helped make the whole process very easy. The location is clean and kept well. Came in today with my husband as a first time customer. Ahjenay Santana helped us and was very very helpful. Walking in we were feeling nervous and anxious, especially because we are moving due to unfortunate circumstances and Ahjenay made us feel soo welcomed. Pleased, satisfied & gracious is an understatement, Manny is truly remarkable person. He really is the best person I ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and genuinely caring for what does for customers passionately. He keeps this place clean and the energy he gives off is uplifting. The access hours, alot of security cameras, spacious loading docks, along of elevators, love the kiosk outside and I love the intercom and of course the prices. I can see why the other reviews talks about Manny. I was having a bad day due to having to move but he was so understanding, polite and professional. This is the best storage place on the island because of him.

just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .

Very nice, storage space was a really decent size for what I needed. I'm sorry I didn't get the guys name, but he went above and beyond to help me. Reasonably priced as well.
