Very disappointed, I lost my key, i went to ask person at office and she told me thatcshe was already closing so I have to comeback tomorrow at business hours, I know, i was 10 minutes past 6 pm but, she didn't leave till 6 30 pm, that may would take 5 to 10 minutes to use bolt cutting, that is call customer service.

Really amazing customer service. I walked in to these two male models at the desk. They were very welcoming and considerate of everything I asked for. We briefly skimmed over the 24 hr access and I did not know you needed a special approval ( which I really approve of) and first night showed at 3a.m with a truck of stuff. But again customer service came through. I came next morning and all is well. Feels good so far!

Had the pleasure of meeting Shomari..excellent service and nice gentleman... will definitely refer more people..extremely satisfied big kudos to Samara Wilson he was very efficient and you are lucky to have such a great workers hope you are as happy with him as I am please keep him working here we need him

24 Hours Access, only downside is that it's very pricey. Wish the price of storage would go down over time
