Stellar Review for My Move into Storage Post ????? I recently moved into Storage Post, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to show me around and help me select the perfect unit for my needs. The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips. What truly set Storage Post apart was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maximize my storage space. Overall, my experience at Storage Post has been fantastic. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable and secure storage solutions. This was our first time ever renting a storage unit, Manny went above and beyond and helped us with all of our questions. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had friendly, funny and very helpful. I absolutely recommend this storage unit to everyone!

This place is very very clean, alot of security cameras, 3 elevators, alot of merchandise like boxes,locks, tape, packaging supplies etc and the kiosk is lovely to use when it's busy and I love the access hours but I need to point something out that was way more impressive to me which is your employee or operations manager Manny, that man is special, by the grace of God he helped me beyond words can explain his heart is pure, my movers abandoned me and he made his business to make sure I was takened care of , he is very professional, he helped me and 3 other people all at once anyways thank you Manny you the best

I've rented storage space multiple times in the past and this place is by far the nicest and cleanest. I'm particularly pleased about the climate control; I don't have to worry about extreme temperatures with the items I store. Hand trucks are always readily available and there are three elevators. I have been frustrated at times with other places in the past because of the lack of both, especially with someone moving in or out with a truck load at the exact time I needed to access something in my storage unit and the elevator was not available. Prior to renting, I did my homework and the rent prices are either less or comparable to other facilities in the area. In addition, Manny is extremely accommodating and helpful. He truly comes across as caring about customer satisfaction. I recommend this storage faculty fully without reservation.

This location is a brand new facility and has excellent customer service. Thank you SHAWN for helping us set up a storage unit. He was so attentive and answered all of our questions. Ask for Shawn when you visit.

Beautiful location, everything is convenient about this place. I love the Yankee ticket offer, I love all of the security cameras, many elevators, I really love the $50 referral credit for referring friends and family but most of all I love Manny how he show and tell me all of this, he is very special human.

Melanie was great. She was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and whatever I was confused on, she explained it again in full detail. She showed us the unit before we purchased it and explained everything on the contract thoroughly. The location is a little weird but inside is very clean and neat. Great prices
