Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Storage space advertised is not accurate. Only approximate however. Staff offered another space in new building but I declined. My 10x10 (actually 10x8) was sufficient for my needs. They also gave me 2 free months so I need not complain. Definitely recommend them.
