Great customer service, super friendly and helpful!

After speaking with someone at the call center, I was discouraged and began shopping elsewhere. The next morning, I had received a phone call from the Storage Post Yonkers location's manager, Anthony. Anthony was able to offer me a 10x7 room at substantially less cost and was able to provide details the call center agents simply did not have. Once I arrived at the Yonkers location, Anthony was the only employee working at the office counter. He was helping another customer when I walked in, but quickly finished and within 5 minutes began helping to answer my questions. He took me on a brief tour of the facility and showed me three different rooms that were all the same size. The layouts were slightly different as some rooms had pillars, pipes, etc running through them. I was quickly able to determine the best room for my purposes. I am very happy with the outcome and am glad I did not hastily pick yet again a non climate-controlled U-Haul room just up the street.

Rented a storage unit today and it turned out to be the wrong size I needed. Rudy was so helpful and kept my stress level low while he resolved my issue in no time. Facilities you can tell are well kept.

First of all I would like to say Rudy is beyond helpful. Very polite and patient. We actually found this storage place for a relative of mine but when speaking of prices I had to terminate my overpriced storage location and move in to this one. Rudy was respectful and answered every question we had as we toured multiple units until we found the one we chose. He helped make the whole process very easy. The location is clean and kept well. Clean and straight forward storage.

It is a great facility with kind and helpful staff from the receivers of my call to reserve and rent a unit, to the people in the physical office who are kind, courteous and helpful as well in the services they provide. Great quality climate controlled units with 24 hour access to the units, and a bathroom in the office.(bathroom only accessible during office hours) Also they sell locks for the units if you don't already have one, and it looks like they sell other goods and services too but I'm not sure. I rent a climate controlled 5x5x8 unit.

Great places to get boxes. They're ne we out if stock and the guys who work there are really nice. They always carry my boxes out to the car for me
