I had to get my storage situated quick and in a hurry and Carmen helped me do that and much more. Super grateful for her assistance specifically. The employees do not bother you even when you may use it to hang out in. Just don't do drugs there and respect the property.

Great location for Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents too. Really easy access units. Huge elevators. Plenty of loading docks and loading carts. Early and late access hours. Friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Competitively priced units. One of the better storage locations in the Brooklyn/ Queens area. Highly recommended.

I was stoked to find my favorite storage professional Manny commanding the front desk when I walked in to secure my new unit. I had an awesome experience when I use to store my stuff at a nearby location and the common denominator is Manny no cap. I had no idea he had made the upward move and was so happy to be able to collaborate with him and the entire storage post team on my storage needs. If you need a spot to store your things this is the place.

Manny was amazing he saved me so much compared to others. the facility is super clean carts are always available and the yankee package is cool but I didn't need it
