The customer service at the Brook ave location was 10/10. David and Tyrone are exceptional at identifying the size of the units and best location for your needs. They were patient and generous with their time. This is right location in that area for storage with the best staff to assist you.

Malachai helped sign me up. He was professional and friendly. I already referred him to a friend. By that evening, I received a call and scheduled to move my belongings (for free, as offered now) from my 20 yr+ storage facility to this one. The next day, the movers were friendly and efficient. All gooood!
