Santana and Zophier were EXCELLENT help with resolving a minor issue with my membership at Storage Post. Melanie was great. She was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and whatever I was confused on, she explained it again in full detail. She showed us the unit before we purchased it and explained everything on the contract thoroughly. The location is a little weird but inside is very clean and neat. Great prices

I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.
