Excellent customer service. Loading lock situation on Grand street less than ideal. The adjacent car repair shop is hogging up parking space! 9 months in things have taken a different turn: without notification to all existing cliënts opening hours have changed from 24-hour access to a 6a-6p schedule. I purchased a unit on a Fri, it was not big enough so on that same Fri I upgraded. The acct had a bal which I was told would be taken care of. I rented a truck moved all of my items from my prior storage just to get to this storage and my access code would not work. Luckily another customer let me use their access code seeing as it was a Sunday and they were closed and no one was answering when I called the number for customer service. However me and my two sons had to unload the truck bring things up to one floor because that's where the access code took us to and then walk up a flight of steps to our actual unit. Please keep in mind that this was an actual truck from U-Haul not a van a truck. That was not a pleasant experience for me and my two teenage children. I really hope that the future would this company is better than my first weekend. I switched to this company because their prices seemed to be better than my previous location. Fingers crossed....I received a call from the district manager,who assured me this was a fluke. I am confident my experience will be better in the future.

The place should have a 24hr service. It is a good location. And with a proper lock my unit is secure enough. I know a lot of people use the storage facility to park in and the hours are inconvenient.

Understandable 24hours is a lot to deal with to stay open but to cut down to 8.5 hours..... Pretty drastic and inconvenient. The new limited time now if it's a week day I have to take time off from my 9-5 job I commute to and from to be able to go to my room or get there even earlier on a weekend. SORRY NOT CONSIDERATE OR PRACTICAL FOR WORKING PEOPLE AT ALL! Work with people a little bit a few early days a few late days during the week..... Not jam their weekend up and room be useless for 5 days out of the week.
