I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!

I've had this storage room for 4 years. So far as I know, there haven't been any problems. The rate goes up every year, which might cause me to get a smaller room somewhere else. Lately, there have been construction workers using the loading/unloading dock area. So I have to park a block or two away. Which is annoying but not life threatening.

My business is located a few minutes from Storage Post Pelham so it's been convenient for me to store working supplies at this location. We've been using this facility since 2009 and have maintain anywhere from 1 to 3 rooms at a time. I use it mostly for storing my clients goods and all our excess working supplies. As an event company we need access all hours of the day and evening. I like this location because we can access as early as 6am and as late as 10pm with keycode access. It's clean and secure and well lit and I'm yet to feel insecure while using the facility. I had an issue recently and reached out to a supervisor for help. I spoke with District Manager Alexandro who was very willing to help and to find a amicable solution. He was efficient, professional and followed up as promised in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storage Post Pelham.

One potential drawback is that it can be challenging to reach someone for assistance or urgent matters when no one is present in the office, as it may be difficult to locate them while they are moving around the building. I would highly recommend considering them as your storage solution.
