Edyta from customer service was wonderful, she went over and above what most employees would do to fully answer all my questions, and to accommodate an initial reservation problem that I had. I cannot say enough positive things about Storage Post on Dunnigan Drive in Suffern, NY. From the minute we walked in and met Joan the process of picking the right size storage unit, being shown how secure the site is and how easy access to our unit will be, was smooth sailing. Joan is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We definately feel that our possessions will be well stored and cared for.

I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future.
