Having to use self storage has always brought fear and reservations. Yet, after the experience with Storage Post, specifically Alex, my reservations are gone. Alex was professional, friendly and made sure I was clear about everything, even which lock to use. The place is cleaner.......than my house, and I keep my house clean. The cost for storage is more reasonable than the "competition".

Danielle was great. She willingly stayed half an hour late on a Saturday just because I was running behind. She explained in detail things that I ACTUALLY needed to know, and was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when compared to the norm in the Kenner/St. Rose area. I'd do business with the company again simply for her exemplary service.

I had a major billing issue. I called customer service and spoke with Diamond. She was knowledgeable, courteous, etc. She assisted me with my problem and I was more than satisfied.

At first I didnt like the idea of having to use storage but I am I happy I came to this place. Last week Thursday was crucial due to unfortunate events the guy at the desk was extremely helpful. I think his name was shamarie. He made me and my son feel very relieved that there was a promotion on a unit. With his kind words and knowledgable assistance I knew our storage search was over. I originally had a reservation with safeguard storage but we got lost and decided to check out storagepost. You guys are doing great. With representatives such as mr. shamarie I'm happy we.made.this decision. P.S the free water is a plus!!!
