I have my brother that stores here & he told my wife & I about this place & he wasn’t lying. This place is amazing it’s very clean , workers are attentive & the guy who helped us was informative . This is the best storage space I have ever received. They have a clean space and environment. Customer service was perfect. Ms Shineast was very good with me throughout the rent process. If you are looking for a space to rent, I will recommend you to go straight to Storage Post especially at 3350 Park Avenue.

The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
